There are three different users that you can logon to the system with, these are as shown below:

[email protected]	administrator	This user has full access to all the features of the ServiceDesk
[email protected]	operator	This is a typical ServiceDesk Operator
[email protected]	user	This is a typical ServiceDesk End User
