There are three different users that you can logon to the system with, these are as shown below:

Email Address	Password	Description
Administrator@netsupportservicedesk.com	administrator	This user has full access to all the features of the ServiceDesk
operator@netsupportservicedesk.com	operator	This is a typical ServiceDesk Operator
user@netsupportservicedesk.com	user	This is a typical ServiceDesk End User

Please Note:
This system will be reset every Thursday to the default settings.
